bought it, tried it, didn’t love it? send it back. if you’re not totally obsessed with your bergo purchase, return or exchange it within 15 days of purchase. we’ll process your return as soon as we receive it for the purchase amount minus the original shipping charges. please note it may take a few business days for the credit or refund to appear on your account.

• when you return your purchase to us by mail within 15 days of the purchase date, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method for the price of the item(s).

1. fill out the returns + exchanges form on the back of your order summary—use the top box for returns, the bottom box for exchanges. place the completed form with your item(s) in the original bergo packaging, or any secure box.

2. write our return address clearly and attach it securely to the package.

3. seal up the box and drop it off at your preferred courier service (like pathao, redx, or steadfast)!

once you’ve sent it back to us, make sure to keep your tracking receipt. look out for an email or sms confirmation—we’ll let you know when your return is received and processing!

unfortunately, we can’t offer merchandise exchanges on orders shipped internationally. only credit back to the original form of payment is available.
