orders must be placed by 10:00 am EST to start processing on the same day. processing time usually takes 1 business day. it might take 1-2 business day. delivery times are based on orders placed between saturday – thursday.

express Delivery (Inside Dhaka):
fee: ৳90 BDT
timeline: delivered within 24 hours, (it might take 1-2 business day)
order Cut-Off: To qualify for 24-hour express dispatch, orders must be confirmed before 10:00 AM.
Note: orders placed after 10:00 AM or delayed by unforeseen traffic/logistical factors may take 1 to 2 business days.

International shipping
we ship international orders through DHL express shipping rate for orders 5000৳ and above. Tracking orders
when your order is successfuly placed, you will receive a confirmation email. The majority of our orders are delivared within 1-2 business days after the order has been placed. the email will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a package tracking link.
